KRISTOFFER KALDAS

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY

I began my career as an RMT in 2009. In my years of practice I have treated competitive race horses, mix martial arts fighters, marathon enthusiasts, weekend warriors, a variety of athletes and of course your business office professionals.

Taking a more engaged approach in relieving one's daily stresses, aches, discomforts and pains. Combining both massage techniques and tools to cater to a variety of connective tissue issues. Let me give you a hand, whether you're trying to recover from an injury, maintain your overall health or enhance your performance for your sporting/fitness lifestyles. Through my experience I've come to realize that no matter what your lifestyle is, massage therapy continues to prove to be an effective tool for one's self care and overall well-being.

LUCIA SUAREZ-CASTRO

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST

I have been practicing Massage therapy and alternative medicine (Homeopathy, herbal medicine) since 2004, first in Mexico and since 2017 in Canada. I use different techniques from East and West to tailor each massage to the needs of each client. I am a good listener and I like to find the best way to help each patient to reach their goals in terms of health and happiness. In my tool box of massage, I incorporate techniques such as Shiatsu, acupressure, reflexology, Swedish, deep tissue, fascial release and Access Bars.

Three of the areas I enjoy the most working in are:

  1. Anxiety, stress, depression. Massage is a great way to feel better, deal and cope with the challenges that life brings on. Massage helps to reconnect with your body, to find a space of peace and tranquility in yourself and feel the cared. Particularly the technique of Access Bars helps to relieve the stress and all those burdens we feel in our life through soft pressure points in the head.

  2. Shoulder pain. The shoulder is such a complex joint in which several things can go wrong, finding the exact problem in each case and helping the client to reduce pain and recover mobility is one of the areas in which I have a lot of experience.

  3. Pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood related back pain and issues. I have been there! I will do anything to support my clients to recover as fast as possible; to enjoy the wonderful and challenging process of becoming and being a mom: with techniques to relieve the pains and aches and the stress coming from all these.
